We at Rally Engineering, have a well documented Engineering Quality Plan. Our quality assurance system provides continuing evaluation of factors and processes that affect the integrity of design or specification for intended applications, as well as verifications through checking, surveillance, and client reporting (i.e. CARs, PARs, NCRs, Quality Survey) that the procedures used and the end results obtained are in compliance with the project quality requirements.

Rally’s approach to quality assurance extends from formal documented work flows to our interface with our clients. We pride ourselves on producing a consistent product that is compliant with the systems our clients have in place. Where ever possible we will adjust our work flows to comply with the client’s established systems, instead of creating exceptions within the client’s system they must then manage.

 

The key elements of our focus on consistent, client specific processes are:

  • The use of work practices tailored to each client’s specific needs, when required.
  • Our in house developed document/number tracking database which facilitates the communication of all client specific information/instruction from Rally management to the Rally team members by noting any exceptions to Rally work flows, listing any client specific work practices and client supplied standards that need to be followed. The database also tracks each document/tag received from and issued to the client, along with the date and nature of each transaction completed for said document/tag to ensure all steps in Rally’s process are completed.
  • Technical Document Control (TDC) as a single point contact for document flow in and out of Rally, allowing for a final non-technical review of package Components, to ensure all packages issued by Rally are structured within the guidelines identified for the client and all necessary documents are retained in a logical manner.
