Clean Coal Pilot Plant

• Coal Beneficiation Pilot Plant – based on high temperature / high pressure wet pyrolysis process
• Pitch Production Pilot Plant – based on mild coal liquefaction process

High Pressure Aqueous Ammonia Distillation Still

• Existing column was simulated for base case and upset condition cases. Sensitivity analysis was done for troubleshooting and developing operating guidelines.

SAGD Multiphase Pipeline Study

• Simulation of multiphase pipeline network using OLGAS and analysis to determine slug catcher design requirements.

SAGD Facility Modifications

• Simulation of entire SAGD central processing facility to evaluate impact of using light naphtha as diluent instead of synthetic crude.

Refinery Feedstock Evaluation Study

• Simulation of complete Saturation Unit, Deisobutanizer Column and Raffinate Column.
