Our engineers can assist clients in the co-ordination of vendor selection, evaluation and vendor drawings review and completion as well as working with construction contractors on behalf of the client. Rally personnel are primarily from the EPCM sector and are fully familiar with deliverables and client-contractor interactions to ensure that the project proceeds safely, on schedule and within budget.
