Rally Engineering is committed to an established health and safety program that protects the safety and well-being of our staff, clients, contractors, visitors, our property, other workers who enter onto our property and the general public in all aspects of our business operations.
Rally Engineering Inc. is very proud of “First in Class” Safety Performance rating for the 5th consecutive year by WCB, comprising a premium rating of 0.021 for engineering and 0.020 for construction.

Rally Engineering is committed to providing quality engineering services in a manner that minimizes our potential impact on the environment. We will operate in compliance will all relevant federal provincial and municipal environmental legislation and we will endeavor to use environmental best practices in all we do.

Employees at every level are responsible and accountable for the company’s health and safety performance. Active participation by everyone, every day, in every job is necessary for the safety excellence this company expects.
Management will set an example and provide leadership in the health and safety program. Management will set a health and safety policy and work procedures and provide proper equipment and training. Employees are responsible for following all company regulations and procedures, working with an awareness of health and safety and cooperating in working towards improved health and safety conditions at work.
Employees, contractors, visitors and suppliers at every level must comply with the company requirements of Rally Engineering, the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety legislation and other appropriate legislation as it relates to work processes at Rally Engineering.
The goal at Rally Engineering is a healthy, injury free and productive workplace for all employees. By working together in all parts of this program, we can achieve this goal.
