PROJECT SCOPING & DEVELOPMENT

Assist the client through the scoping stage, preliminary process design, development of design documents and selection of sub-contractors and vendors to progress the project from the conceptual stage through design basis for project sanction and AFE approval.

PLANNING, SCHEDULING & ESTIMATING

With the depth of experience in project management, we can assist our clients in the planning, scheduling and estimating of engineering, procurement, and construction activities for projects ranging in size from a few thousand dollars to billion dollar mega projects.

DETAIL ENGINEERING

Rally Engineering can provide detail engineering services which include completion of design documents such as flow sheets, process models, equipment and instrument data sheets, evaluation of process technologies, equipment selection, 3D piping models and multi-discipline construction work packages for small to mid-sized projects.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT (HSE)

Rally personnel place emphasis on ensuring that HSE issues are adequately addressed through all stages of engineering. They will coordinate the input from client operations and maintenance personnel to ensure that the design inherently meets safety, environmental and operating standards through Design Reviews, Hazops, Safety Integrity Level Assessment and Model Reviews.

PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT

Rally engineers can assist clients in the co-ordination of vendor selection, evaluation and vendor drawings review and completion as well as working with construction contractors on behalf of the client. Rally personnel are primarily from the EPCM sector and are fully familiar with deliverables and client-contractor interactions to ensure that the project proceeds safely, on schedule and within budget.
