CONOCO PHILLIPS - SURMONT PHASE 2 SAGD PROJECT

Feasibility Study (Multiphase system)

• Design and evaluation of Multiphase Pumps and pipelines from the Wellpads to the Central Processing facility as an alternative to conventional methods. Detailed multiphase hydraulics, equipment selection, finger type slug catcher and cost estimate included.

Naphtha Addition Study

• Design and evaluation of utilizing alternative dilbit (naptha) completed with a + 25/-20 % cost estimate. Work included process, mechanical, re-optimization of the plot plan, new tank farm, new pumphouse facilities (10,000hp) and new pipelines
