Underground piping was replicated above grade for five different products.
Rally completed a study to optimize the layout and tank connections for the new piping networks. Rally then provided detailed engineering services to safely abandon-in-place the existing underground lines and construct new above-grade infrastructure without disrupting ongoing plant operations.
Construction work packages (CWPs) were delivered for piping, earthworks, concrete / piling, grouting, structural steel, and electrical work.
Tank tie-in packages with 3D model snapshots were also supplied to the plant owner. These helped the Client and contractor to make tie-ins at each tank whenever brief plant outages arose, minimizing the impact of tie-ins on regular operations.
