Existing head to cover plate joint designs of both ends of condenser had full face flanges requiring rubber gaskets. The flanges had heavy erosion on the gasket seating faces and did not have allowance for machining.
Rally completed the design and calculations as required by code compliance. The design included new channels, construction work package (CWP), and ABSA submission documentation. Rally also provided drafting support for mechanical design of channel and return heads and completed a bill of materials (BOM).
