Rally was asked to provide engineering services to replace the loadout structure, returning the conveyors to safe operation. The design included upgrades to bin storage capacity, a new control room, and other improvements to the existing facility. This ensured that the Client could reinstate the loadout unit to full operation if desired. The design also needed to ensure that the ongoing operation of the conveyor transfer points would not be interrupted.
During construction of the new facility, Rally provided engineering support to the Client and their contractors. This involved RFI and home-office support, reviews of shop drawings, on-site field engineering, as well as planning and scheduling services throughout construction.
