Deliverables

The work included three main deliverables; a master pipeline asset data table (PADT), a profile, and a detailed report for each pipeline asset. The PADT was prepared for each pipeline based on engineering evaluation of the records.  The profiles were prepared as a graphical representation for the attested, limiting, and current operating MOPs along the length of the pipeline.  The comprehensive report provided a summary of the MOP program methodology and the individual pipeline, detailed aspects unique to the pipeline, and attached all the supporting calculations, documentation, and records.

Benefits

The primary benefit to the client was the operational safety of its pipeline systems and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional benefits include improved traceability of historical construction, testing, and maintenance records, the ability to demonstrate compliance as needed, enhanced agility for the client to respond promptly to regulatory audits, and an increased level of confidence.
