Scope of Work

The TRO process involves introducing a polymer flocculant into the MFT using in-line mixing. The mixture is then deposited in thin layers across the drying fields resulting in rapid drying of the MFT.  Rally worked with the client to develop / expand four of their drying fields.  

Projects

• Heavy civil works to develop the drying fields and water ponds.

• Process / mechanical design of the TRO pumping and piping systems including over 30km of 12” tailings line.

• Installation of a new polymer injection skid as a pilot installation.

• Electrical power supply to the drying fields / equipment.

• Barge anchor designs.
