Strategy

Engineering evaluation to ensure each item was appropriately re-rated to achieve technical compliance with code requirements. This effort included gathering and compilation of appropriate documentation records, and detailed interpretation & technical review of these records.  Updated equipment nameplates reflecting the re-rated conditions were prepared, and as built drawings were updated to accurately record the new equipment ratings.

The project team confirmed that each item to be re-rated (via de-rating) was technically verified at a pressure equivalent to 50% SMYS hoop stress and was supported through the gathering and compilation of appropriate documentation records.

Deliverables

Rally delivered as-built drawings including the revised nameplate data and a comprehensive verification document package.
